Ayurveda is

As the mind body connection deepens in your yoga practice you begin to notice the imbalances within the body that may be causing pain or illness. Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga and is the ancient medicinal system dating back to India over 5,000 years ago. With an emphasis on self-care, Ayurveda will help you find balance in body, mind, and spirit through diet, lifestyle choices, and herbal remedies with a focus on improving digestion. 

Wellness Counseling

An Integrated Ayurveda Wellness session is for you if you want to:

  • Manage your weight and prevent disease

  • Learn how to eat with the seasons

  • Understand what foods are best for you and for your family

  • Feel more balanced in your body and your mind

  • Learn self-care practices for more balance in your life

    Are you wanting to know exactly what to eat for your body? Ayurveda has the answers to all of your questions! Consultations consist of an initial intake and follow ups, where we will discuss your personal goals and come up with a treatment plan. Ayurveda works hand in hand seamlessly with modern medicine.

Haripriya is first and foremost an eternal student of life, yoga, meditation, and holistic healing systems. She is overjoyed to have found her path helping others gain better balance and health through bhakti yoga, meditation, energy healing and Ayurveda. 

She has completed her yoga trainings at Back Bay Yoga in Boston and at Yoga of Energy Flow. Meeting students where they are at physically and mentally is very important to her. Haripriya is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, having studied at both Kripalu and the Jiva Institute in India. She is also a Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki Practitioner. 

Haripriya strongly believes that yoga is something that can be practiced both on and off the mat. She believes that Ayurveda is an extension of that off the mat yoga practice. Bringing a sense of humor and open mind is part of her daily practice in life. Her hope is to help others feel at home and connected within themselves, which is something these ancient healing modalities have given to her.
