This workshop is a fun way to learn yoga for the first time or hone your existing practice!
You will be introduced to the Lotus Flow style of yoga and be provided in depth explanations of basic yoga poses, breathing practices and principles.
You will have opportunities to ask questions and learn how to adjust and modify your practice to fit your mind, body and personal goals.
Even if you've been practicing for a while these tips are super helpful!
