Yoga Nidra Workshop with Giuliana De Marchi
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that will leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated and clear minded. Yoga Nidra brings us into a relaxed state where we can heal, replenish and return to the inner self.
Heading into spring is the perfect time to reset and reconnect to the Self and this Yoga Nidra workshop is specifically themed for spring awakening.
This Workshop is Donation Only, and all proceeds benefit Rosie's Place homeless shelter in Boston, MA. Pre-registration and a $20 donation is suggested. If you show-up in person you may donate a different amount.

Giuliana is certified a in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra and is excited to be sharing the many benefits of this meditative practice! Working in healthcare she became intrigued by holistic therapies that allowed healing of the physical, mental, and emotional levels of self. This practice allows deep connection with one’s innate ability for restoration and rebalancing. We often turn to outside sources for validation, reassurance, or healing when what we are truly searching for is already within us. Yoga nidra allows us to access these places through much needed rest.
The benefits of yoga nidra continue off the mat helping practitioners to navigate many personal challenges with love, clarity, and compassion. It is accessible to all levels of physical ability, ages, and walks of life.
When not doing yoga Giuliana can often be found studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at MassBJJ, enjoying coffee at Kickstand, or adventuring around the globe meeting new friends and sharing her passions.
