Therapeutic Chakra Yoga
Therapeutic Chakra Yoga uses Chakra Flow yoga with applied therapeutic techniques to help you heal from emotional and physical injuries. No judgements. No rushing. These Therapeutic Chakra yoga and meditation classes give you the time and space to heal in a safe and comfortable setting. Each class is designed specially for you to help you meet your personal healing goals and embrace your truth. Sessions are 90 minutes and include a combination of therapeutic techniques, yoga lifestyle coaching and yoga movement.
Sessions are always with Lauren Farenga, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 400 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. You and Lauren will develop a plan that works best for your needs. Lauren is passionate about this work because it continues to heal her own wounds each time she practices it, and she has seen it work with clients time and time again.
