Lotus Yoga Fundamentals

This workshop will break down the fundamentals of basic yoga poses, breathing, stretches and more so that you can get the most out of your practice.

Learn to modify for your body, learn proper alignment and how to get the benefit of each pose. We will also cover some basic meditation and yoga philosophy for a well rounded foundation for your yoga practice.

Workshop is held 2-16-19 from 2-4pm.

All levels and abilities are welcome.
