Lotus Yoga Fundamentals

This workshop will break down the fundamentals of yoga so that you can get the most out of your practice. This workshop will include meditation, breathing and yoga movement to reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Learn to modify for your body, learn proper alignment and how to get the benefit of each pose. We will also cover some basic meditation and yoga philosophy for a well rounded foundation for your yoga practice.

All levels are welcome.
